What is my username/password?
Click on the "Login" link on the top right-had side of the screen. This takes you to the Login page. Click on the "Forgot user name or password" link on the right underneath the login box. This will take you to theForgot My Password page, where you can enter either your username or email address.In a matter of seconds, your password and username will be emailed to you.
If you do not receive an email from us, either that username does not belong to you after all, or it was sent to another email address you have provided to us.

How do I change my personal information?

How do I cancel my account?
We're sorry to hear you want to cancel your CramSession user account. If you choose to terminate your account, you will lose access to CramSession user content and services, including our great study guides. How do I activate my account?
When you created your username, an activation account email should have been sent to your email address. If you did not receive that email, either you provided an incorrect email address or there has been some problem sending it to you. To re-send an activation email to you, click here.
Why do I need a unique username?
We require you to login with a unique username to access some of our web content. A unique username is required to identify you in our user database.

No. We do not archive past CramChallenge questions or answers. Answers are kept on the site for 7 days, and you can check answers in the next day's question. We do NOT re-send past questions or answers.
I have not been receiving Question of the Day. What do I do?
First check that email from listboss@list.cramsession.com or from the cramsession.com domain is not being blocked by your email client. Check with your Administrator if necessary. Then, check that your email address is correct in your CramSession user profile by logging in and clicking on 'My Account' (located at the top right of any CramSession.com page). If this still does not remedy the problem, you may sign up again for the questions you're interested in.

How do I download a CramSession Study Guide?
CramSession Study Guides are free! To download, simply login to CramSession and select the study guide you desire. You will then be taken to a screen with a file name and a download button. Click the download button and select the location on your computer to download your study guide. Study guides are available in printer friendly PDF format. You will need to download the free Adobe Acrobat Reader to view your study guide.
Can I buy a voucher for use outside of the United States?

What is a CramSession?
A CramSession is a study guide that provides useful, concise, and relevant information you should know before you take an exam. CramSession study guides are not a substitute for course materials or for actual experience working with a product, nor are they the only resource you should consult when preparing for an exam. A CramSession is simply one resource that may help shorten the time it takes you to prepare for an exam.

What is the best way to use a CramSession study guide?
The answer to that question depends on your learning style. Some people use the study guides at the beginning of their
effort to master the content for an exam, whereas others use them at the very end of their studying to add the finishing touches to their effort. However, when to use the study guide is not as important as what else you are doing to master the content for the exam. Because passing a certification exam is often one of the first steps for mastering a product, it is important to ensure that the CramSession does not become a substitute for learning problem-solving skills or acquiring practical experience with the product itself. You should do your own research with the product itself in addition to using the study guide. A study guide can be a dual-edged sword: too heavy an emphasis on the study guide will lead to short-term, rather than long-term retention of the content, making it difficult for you to retain information after you have passed the exam. Don't forget that you may still have to get through a technical interview at some point after you have passed the exam.
How does a CramSession study guide differ from a Braindump?
A Braindump is the deliberate posting of copied exam questions from actual certification exams. As such, they represent theft of intellectual property and the violation of Non-Disclosure Agreements. Our study guides provide summary information for topics covered by certification exams. The study guides do not reproduce actual exam questions, and study guide authors sign an agreement that stipulates they will not violate NDA's, trade secrets, or copyright in the production of the CramSession. Why don't I see a study guide for an exam I wish to take?
If you don't see a study guide for an exam you wish to take, chances are that we want to post the study guide but do not have an author for it. We do develop study guides in-house, but we have to rely on contract authors for many of our study guides. Helping us develop a study guide is a great way to get paid for studying. If you think you can author a study guide, let us know by emailing us.
I would like to submit a study guide for publication on your web site. What should I do to be considered as a study guide author?
If you already have a study guide prepared, just send it to us using this form. If we like it and we think it has potential to be posted on our site, we will contact you and ask you revise the study guide so that it meets with our specifications. If you do not already have a study guide prepared and would like to author one, please email us at the same address as above, explaining why you would make a good author. Please provide us with a sample of your technical writing.
How do you create the study guides?
Ideally, we will start with the vendor's posted outline for an exam. Using a variety of sources, such as third-party
reference books, courseware, information available on the Internet, and experience with the product, we then research the information and create the study notes based on the outline for the exam. In effect, we reproduce the effort you would make to create your own notes. CramSession authors will commonly compose the CramSession study guide as a way of preparing to take an exam. Often we will compose a study guide after the vendor has posted the outline, but before the exam is available, as in the case of our Windows 2000 CramSession. After the exam has been released, we receive feedback on the usefulness of our study guide and may tweak the study guide where it is appropriate. For example, if the vendor outline for the exam does not completely correspond with the actual exam itself, we will add (or remove) content to ensure that the study guide does have researched content for all the exam topics actually covered on the exam.

How long do I have to use my voucher before it expires?
Because each voucher we sell has a unique expiration date, we can not post the exact expiration date. When you receive your voucher confirmation, an expiration date will be included. We guarantee that you will have at least six months from the date of purchase before the voucher will expire.

My license key will not work. What do I do?
There has never had a reported instance of a license key not being valid. Sometimes it helps to copy and paste the license key from your confirmation email into the exam engine where requested. If you are still unable to unlock your PrepLogic software using the key you were sent, please email us. Please allow up to 48 hours for response.
Can I install PrepLogic software on more than one computer?
Often certification seekers need to study in multiple locations (i.e. at work and at home) so we do allow you to install PrepLogic software on multiple computers. When registering PrepLogic software on a second computer, all information must match exactly with registration information used the first time.
I get a run-time error when trying to install PrepLogic software. What do I do?
What's happening here is that Windows is holding in memory a file that InstallShield (the industry standard for software installation)
is supposed to update. Since Windows will not allow this file to be updated (installed) while it's in memory, InstallShield moves on.
When you try to run the software, it needs this updated file but it was never installed.
Uninstall PrepLogic from your computer. Close all open applications and reboot your computer. Before opening any additional programs,
install PrepLogic. You should be able to run PrepLogic now. If you still can not install the software please
email us. Please allow up to 48 hours for response.
How do I ensure that I have the latest exam updates on my PrepLogic software?
When new updates are available, PrepLogic software automatically receives the update when you open the software (you must be connected
to the internet for this to happen). You may also check manually for updates from within PrepLogic's test engine by going to the
help menu ---> check for free auto updates.
What are the shipping options for PrepLogic shippable products?

Why is PrepLogic trying to access the internet?
PrepLogic connects to the internet for two reasons. First, the system automatically checks the PrepLogic
servers for software updates. This ensure that you're always preparing with the newest version of our software.
Second, to ensure security and proper function, PrepLogic's software must be authenticated. If online, the
software can authenticate automatically without any action on your part. If your computer is online and you
received a message telling you that you need to authenticate, you may need to adjust your Windows Firewall
or other personal firewall settings. Your software will make an attempt to connect to our servers each
time it is run.
How do I authenticate my product if I do not have access to the internet?
If you are unable to connect to the internet, you can manually authenticate your product by visiting

a computer that connects to the Internet. Here you will need to input your license key and then click submit. You will be given a text
file that contains your authentication code. Bring the file to your computer and open it by clicking the Open Authentication Code
button from the software. Follow the instructions on your screen to complete authentication.
